Geoffrey Mujabi is a seasoned finance, taxation, and governance professional with over 20 years of distinguished experience spanning the public and private sectors. He currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner, Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), where he leads initiatives aimed at facilitating the fair, efficient, and timely resolution of tax disputes. His career also includes significant experience at Centenary Bank, providing him with a strong blend of expertise in financial management, taxation, banking, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option), a Master of Business Administration (Finance), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, is a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), holds the Professional Diploma in Taxation (PODITRA), and a Diploma in Law.

Geoffrey is an active member of several respected professional bodies, including the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

As a Board Member, Geoffrey brings extensive expertise in financial oversight, strategic leadership, taxation, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. His diverse professional background, combined with his commitment to integrity, accountability, and sound governance, enables him to contribute effectively to the institution’s strategic direction and its mission of advancing sustainable financial inclusion and economic empowerment.
