Ronald is a seasoned banker and economist with over 18 years of experience across Uganda’s banking and financial services sector. His career includes senior leadership roles as Executive Director at Mercantile Credit Bank, Corporate Banking Head at UBA Group, Manager of Structured Trade & Commodity Finance at dfcu Bank, Business Development & Marketing Head at ABC Bank, and Corporate Relationship Manager at Barclays. He most recently served as Senior Manager, Investment Transaction Structuring & Coverage and Associate Director of Investments at Strategix Capital Limited. Ronald is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Development Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Corporate Credit Skills from Omega Performance, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute and is an alumnus of the CEO Apprenticeship Program run jointly by Strathmore University and the University of Cape Town. His broad expertise spans credit analysis, structured and trade finance, business development, and financial risk management — experience he now brings directly to CredMan Capital as Chief Executive Officer.
