Head of Operations

Rose Nakayima is the Head of Operations at CredMan Capital Limited, bringing over eight years of banking and financial services experience in operations, customer service, compliance, and process management. She is a Chartered Banker and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU), as well as a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere University Business School (MUBS). 

Rose is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the organisation. Passionate about continuous improvement and operational efficiency, she plays a key role in advancing CredMan Capital’s mission of providing responsible and impactful financial solutions to individuals and SMEs, while upholding the company’s core values of Integrity, Speed, Empathy, and Teamwork.
